Cancellation Policy
NEW: Cancellation/Late/No Show Policy
Effective: July 18, 2024
A 50% fee for the services to be provided will be assessed if:
* A scheduled appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
* You are 15 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment time.
* You are a ‘No Show’ - no notification received.
